1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RecallOn ("we", "our", or "us") at https://recallon.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

RecallOn is a web application designed to help users track and schedule study topics using a 1-4-7-21 spaced repetition system. Core services include a revision queue, note-taking capability, streak metrics, customizable scheduling rules, optional daily email summaries, and browser push notifications.

3. User Accounts

To access and use RecallOn, you are required to authenticate using a Google account. You agree to maintain the security of your Google account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your user profile.

4. Intellectual Property

The application structure, design, animations, illustrations, and code are the exclusive intellectual property of RecallOn. Any notes, titles, tags, and topics you create inside the application remain your own property, and you grant us a limited license to store, sync, and process this content solely to deliver the service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the application to:

• Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or tamper with application security checks, authentication flows, or database rules.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or script engines that compromise the service or user database.
• Reverse engineer or scrape the application's API or content.

6. Subscriptions, Refunds & Cancellations

RecallOn offers a 31-day trial, after which access requires a Pro subscription (flat ₹149 INR annually).
No Refunds: Because the subscription amount is extremely small, all payments are final and non-refundable.
No Cancellation: You cannot cancel your active subscription plan until the 1-year service period ends.
Account Deletion: We do not offer manual or automatic account deletion services. However, you can instantly wipe and clear all your personal study topics, revision history, and settings from our database at any time using the "Clear All Data" button in the Settings interface of the application.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

RecallOn is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that you will achieve any specific learning or examination outcomes through its use. We disclaim all warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RecallOn, its creators, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the application, including data loss or exam performance outcomes.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will indicate revisions by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the application after changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
